This message is sometimes triggered when the storage space that you have is not available for the app to use. If you have lots of free storage space on an external drive, for example, but the app is being stored in your internal drive, the free space is not available to the app. You may need to move some things around to make sure that the free space on your device is available in the right location.
If this doesn't help, you can also try deleting the app and reinstalling it on your device. Just make sure that if you have Saved Words you don't want to lose, you create an account in the app before deleting it!
