Voice search trouble

If the voice search feature won't load or you get a message stating that it is unavailable, first check your Internet connection. This feature is not available offline.

You should also make sure that your device has given the app microphone access and permission to use voice recognition. If you've recently updated the app or switched devices, this might have reset any permissions provided previously. You can check this in your device's settings. 

If using an iOS device, check this additional setting.  Go to Settings > General > Keyboard and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Make sure "Enable Dictation" is switched on.

A final troubleshooting step is delete and reinstall the app on your device.
