If you register a Merriam-Webster user log-in account and you don't receive the necessary email to activate the account, please first check your spam/junk folder. You can also try adding the email address customersupportlink@merriam-webster.com to your email contacts/"safe senders" list to prevent the email from being blocked.
If this doesn't help, you may want to double-check that you entered the correct email address during registration. To do this, go back to the registration page (https://www.merriam-webster.com/register) and enter the email address in the "Email" field. If a green line appears underneath your email address, the address is not linked to an existing account, which means you did not enter that address when you first registered the account. In this case, you should register a new account, since we are unable to change the email address linked to an existing Merriam-Webster user log-in account.
