How do I subscribe?

To begin the subscription process, please visit our subscription site to view our current monthly and annual membership offers for Merriam-Webster Unabridged.  From that site, you can choose your preferred membership which will bring you to an account setup login page.  

If you have a Britannica and/or existing Merriam-Webster Unabridged account, you can log in with your existing credentials to begin the purchase process, or you can create a new account.  If you create a new account, you’ll be asked to submit your email address, first name and last name, create a username and password, and agree to terms of service, privacy policy, and cookie use policies.  After submitting this information and clicking the “Create Account” button, you’ll be asked to enter a six-digit authentication code that you will receive in your email inbox to validate your account. 

After your account is validated or you have logged in as an existing Britannica or Merriam-Webster Unabridged account holder, you’ll be sent to a checkout page to complete your purchase. On the checkout page you will enter your credit card information, cardholder name, and billing address, then click the “Subscribe” button to complete the purchase.
